Our powder metallurgy process supports:

- Parts up to 2–3/4 inches in length
- Conventional sintering up to 2150°F
- High-temperature sintering up to 2400°F
- Densities exceeding 7.0 g/cm³, higher with specialty alloys

Sintering Capabilities
Our sintering capabilities include multiple furnaces capable of operating at temperatures ranging from 500°F to 2400°F, enabling a wide range of thermal processing operations.
